Work360 holds the client relationships. When a client opens a role that fits your verticals, you’re invited in, you see the brief, the skills, the rate band and the openings.
Add them manually, parse a single résumé with AI, upload a spreadsheet, or drop a batch of résumés for the bulk parser. Duplicates are flagged against your pool automatically on email and phone.
They review, shortlist, interview and select. You track every stage live and schedule your own interview rounds. Stage decisions belong to the client, you always see where your candidate stands.
Trigger verification from the candidate’s profile. Status shows on the record and updates as it completes.
Once your candidate is selected, the engagement contract is generated and must be accepted before any offer letter can go out. That gate is enforced by the system.
Your candidate’s timesheet is submitted with evidence of client sign-off. Once confirmed, your invoice is raised, with GST and the correct HSN/SAC calculated for you. Settlement moves pending → processing → settled, with an email at every transition.
