1. These terms

By using this website or submitting an application through it, you agree to these terms. If you are applying on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so, and “you” means that company.

These terms cover this website and the application process only. If your agency is approved and onboarded, a separate written agreement — including a Master Service Agreement and engagement contracts — will govern the actual commercial relationship. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, that agreement takes precedence.

2. What this website is

This website describes the Work360 vendor network and lets registered staffing agencies apply to join it. It is not an offer of work, a guarantee of requisitions, or a contract of engagement.

Work360 is an invitation-based network. Clients invite specific agencies into specific requisitions. It is not an open job board or a marketplace you can browse and bid in.

3. Who can apply

• You must be a registered staffing or recruitment business
• You must be authorised to represent that business
• You must be at least 18 years old
• The information you give us must be accurate and current

We review every application and may approve or decline any application at our discretion. We are not obliged to give reasons.

4. Applications

Submitting an application costs nothing and creates no obligation on either side. It does not entitle you to access the platform, to receive requisitions, or to any particular response time, although we aim to review applications within two working days.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. If we approve an application based on inaccurate information, we may withdraw that approval.

5. The founding vendor offer

References on this site to a free founding year — no platform fee and no subscription for twelve months — apply to a limited number of agencies that are approved and onboarded, not to everyone who applies. Places are counted as applications are approved. We may change or withdraw the offer at any time before you are onboarded, and the final terms of the offer are those in your onboarding agreement.

6. Statements about the platform

Statements on this site about how the platform behaves — including that candidate contact details are masked from clients, that no cut is taken from your invoiced rate, that engagement contracts must be accepted before offer letters are issued, and that sensitive identifiers are masked with access logged — describe how the Work360 platform is built and operated. They take effect for you once you are onboarded and are subject to your onboarding agreement.

Illustrative figures, timelines and screenshots on this site are examples for explanation. They are not commitments about the volume of requisitions, rates, placement speed, or business growth you will achieve. Outcomes depend on client demand, your candidates and your own performance.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information
• Apply on behalf of a business you are not authorised to represent
• Submit personal data about candidates or third parties through this website’s application form
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to this website, its systems or its data
• Interfere with, overload, scrape or disrupt the website or its infrastructure
• Use the website for anything unlawful, or in breach of applicable staffing, labour or data protection law

8. Intellectual property

The Work360 and WORK360.ai names, logos, content, design and software on this site belong to TantranZm Technologies Pvt Ltd or its licensors. You may view and print pages for the purpose of evaluating and applying to the network. You may not copy, republish, resell or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

Company names shown on this site as examples of enterprises that agencies in the network have delivered talent to belong to their respective owners, and are not endorsements or claims of partnership.

9. Third-party services and links

This website relies on third-party providers for hosting, storage, analytics and advertising, and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, practices or availability of third-party sites. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

10. Availability

We aim to keep this website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including the application form, at any time without notice.

11. Liability

This website and its content are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties relating to it.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business, goodwill or anticipated savings, arising from your use of this website or from an application not being approved. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect through this website, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it. It forms part of these terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Faridabad, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any competent court to protect our intellectual property or systems.
